Today’s contemplation isn’t about writing people off, in advance, before any direct interaction.
It’s about the training we give our minds and spirits through the preparation.
Maybe, if we prepare and train, the negative things won’t seem so catastrophically negative, and we can respond to the world around us with more equanimity and peace…
